The pre-defined dimensions of the plot of land, the strong topographic features and the divided form, together with the regulatory aspects that restrict the intervention, have been the principal conditioning elements of the proposal. The natural division of the plot of land is compounded by the introduction of a pedestrian tunnel under the green zone. The parking space is adapted to the topography and re-introduces the pedestrian to the road traffic.
